James Lemire is a nice man in person but as an insurance man, he is over his head. Does not answer emails or texts on time. Very poor follow up. These are not the character trades you want in your next insurance man. In my case, he did not even earn the one star. Will not recommend.
So I mainly deal with Todd and I think he is absolutely fantastic. He's knowledgeable, always gets back to me and is happy to answer any questions or look into anything I might be curious about. They are constantly comparing prices to make sure im getting a policy that matches my needs at the best possible price. I am sooo thankful I switched because they've been nothing but pleasant and helpful!!
