Bad customer service. Agent took 6 weeks to get me a quote on trailer insurance
Commercial auto coverage was through the roof so I shopped around for my business. My agent has been telling me for the last five years that I am high risk and that no insurance company is going to do better than travelers. I was paying 10,000+ a year for 3 vehicles and just switched to another company with double the coverage and 6,000 dollars a year cheaper. I also rewrote my GL policy which was 2,000 a year cheaper and the down payment on a renewed WC policy is also 1,000 cheaper. Severing ties with this company that has been cheating me for the last five years on every policy. Take my advice and stay away from these people if you run a business
