These people are awesome. Their merchandise is high quality and their service is outstanding. Its family-owned and the staff are remarkably knowledgeable and helpful. And they don't hide from view like the big box stores, they want to help. You'll also leave knowing you can rely on their advice, unlike Lowe's where you're never really sure if they've given you good information. And they have equipment rental and repair services. Overall, just a fantastic hardware store and more.
I tore my screen about two months ago and noticed that this store got good reviews. I brought the screen in to be repaired and had to pay for the work upfront and in full. I was told it would take approx. 6 weeks. Two months later I did not hear anything so I called and was told it was not done and did not know the status of it. I was informed I would be called the following week. I received a call a week later and was told they only had two pieces of my screen and asked if I had the other two. I had dropped off all of the parts of my screen, so they had lost two parts. I was also informed that they couldn't fix the screen. In addition to losing parts of my screen, I have now waited over two months to be told it cant be fixed! I am not sure why I was not informed of this when I dropped the screen off. I am extremely frustrated, especially since I have to go pick up what is left of my screen that was not lost, and go somewhere else to get a new screen. This will now take more time out of my schedule AND I still can't open my window because I don't have a screen.
