I go there frequently because they are close. Only real complaint is that they are out of stock on items or don't have what I need say 25% of the time, so I end up traveling further out to HD. Help is hit or miss. They have some knowledgeable, experienced people are are very helpful, but then some who are just warm bodies and barely that.

Update: Lowes finally sent some guys to install my range, they slid it in part way, crooked. Scratched my slate tile floor. I've called twice to get some remediation in the past two weeks. They sound very apologetic but no call back. I wish I could give negative stars.

Had carpet installed in March. It was extremely poor quality and fell apart after barely 3 weeks of light use. Contacted Lowe’s, they almost never pick up the phone and the call just bounces from department to department. Also, manager never responds to emails. Only way to reach manager is to go in person and track her down, which always means leaving work early to get there before she goes home for the day. Finally I got my carpet replaced, after almost 7 months of back and forth with minimal help from Lowe’s. 2 stars because I did get that horrible carpet replaced free of charge. It’s been almost 7 months of heachache though. Do not buy the berber carpet. Both manager and installed told me (after it was originally installed and falling apart) that the carpet is known to fall apart quickly and it’s super poor quality. I recommended Lowe’s stop selling a carpet that is known and documented as junk.

Most helpful and friendly employees. They went out of their way to make sure I got everything I needed!

Had what we were looking for in stock and made it a quick in and out. Haven't spent a whole lot of time here but as far as I'm concerned there's nothing to complain about.

Ordered a very expensive new range. Delivery was delayed 3 times. Then when it was delivered the "installers" wouldn't install it because I didn't order a new power cable. If I was told this was an issue, I would have ordered a cable! Now I have to install it myself. Never buying another appliance from this place.
