I had the most delicious and perfect rare hamburger at Applebee's in Hudson last night! I rarely get hamburgers at restaurants because nobody seems to be able to cook them rare anymore, and even their menu suggested they wouldn't. I was very leery of ordering one but really in the mood for a burger, so I asked my server if they could make a rare burger and he said absolutely. My burger arrived bright red in the center and was so juicy that within two minutes I was asking for more napkins. It was the burger with grilled onions, tomato, fresh mozzarella and basil. It was phenomenal, and I am a complete snob who usually only gets a bison burger at Ted's.
Caitlin the bartender is the best ever! She will always take really good care of you.
The food is alright but the drinks are delicious. Make sure to check up on their $1 drinks.
For the money, you can't go wrong. The food is always fresh and tasty, has a great ambiance, and the service is always top-notch. Its good to have an Applebee;s in Hudson
Real good food and prices, but our waitress sucked. She got drink order wrong, then had to "double check" our food orders.. and it took forever for her to clear table and let us check out :(
