Rich at A-1 is a true professional and excellent communicator. I called several companies about water seepage in my basement and they all missed the issue. One gave me a quote for a sump pump. Another tried to explain to me that the paint he uses is better than dry lock. Rich came on a Saturday to my house and looked in my basement and saw that the water was coming in from above the beam.
