These guys are the worst. Twice in a row they tried to give me back my black suit covered top to bottom in some kind of very noticeable white lint. I wasn't interested in sending it through for a third recleaning so I asked for the manager to figure out what was going on. He said the lint was "normal" and that the suit was "clean." I asked for a refund and he refused and handed me a "free" lint roller. Tried going to the Stow location, but it turns out that they send their suits to Hudson to be cleaned, and again it came back covered in lint. Needing to use a lint roller on your suit because it's covered in lint and looks worse than it did when you sent it in is not "normal" by any stretch. It didn't even look dirty when I sent it in but I had worn it and wanted it cleaned. I'd rather pay an extra couple bucks for a company that knows what they're doing. Won't be going back.
I always have a nice experience. Ready when they say it will be. No waiting in line. Easy on and out.
Great all-around service. I've had many suits tailored and dry cleaned here. Never had any issues and the prices are fair.
