The new system allows customers to order their own food but then they forget to bring it to you. Instead of an apology from the manager she whispers something into the teenage team members ear who is deeply apogetic and gives me cards for 2 free meals. I would have waited another 2 minutes for a warm sandwich vs the one that sat there for 10 minutes. This place needs a new manager. I don't think she speaks any english
They have the new thing we walk in you don't even have to go to register you can do it all by yourself and use your debit card pretty quick and easy
Places like this need to have ENGLISH speaking employees in positions dealing with the public! I ordered 2 bacon, egg, and cheese McMuffins. I received 2 sausage, egg, and cheese McMuffins.
Worst experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. They have moved away from a 1 on 1 interaction to u punching in ur own order on a kiosk. Will never go into this McDonald's again.
